• We accept payment through PayPal or by hand on collection.
• Please make sure you have a valid PayPal account prior bidding or purchasing an item.
• Please make sure you pay within a week after buying the item, if within that time you have not paid and have not informed us as to why, an unpaid item case will be opened.
• If you buy more than one item in the same period of time, eBay will automatically list your items together and please message us before hand of you purchasing to enquire if you are eligible to a discount

• Our dispatch time is 1 business day after payment is received.
• Our standard delivery provider is 'My Hermes', express delivery provider is 'UPS' and for some international deliveries is 'Royal Mail'.
• The actual delivery time depends on the location as some places take longer than others but average delivery time is 2-3 working days, excluding bank holidays, weekends and other holidays.
• We try our very hardest to make sure your parcel arrives safely and intact to you, we ensure good quality and secure packaging which will reach to you safely. However, if items unfortunately do arrive broken you may be entitled to a full refund. Please read the 'Returns' section for more details.
• For International buyers, eBay have a Global shipping programme available and this cover a large part of the world. However this is an option available, but for some cities this may not be available and won't appear as an option and in this case please contact us by messaging and we may still be able to deliver to you.

We refund or partially refund items in most cases.

The buyer pays the returns postage if:

• They have changed their mind about the item when it has already been dispatched.(This is an eBay policy)

We pay the returns postage if:

• The item is chipped or broken in courier. (repairable or minor unrepairable damage- Please note a partial refund is also available)

• We respond to messages within 1-2 hours on average depending on the time the message is sent.
• If you do not receive our reply, please re-send your email/message and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
• Our contact phone number is included but is not available at all times, For buying enquiries and other information please feel happy to call us. However for refunds or returns enquiries, please contact us through eBay so both you and us have a record of the messages.
