This cutter has a strong cutting frame made from 15.88mm 5/8" aluminium tube that can be put to any angle and the clip that holds the cutting frame can then be screwed up tight to hold the frame firm at all angles as in the photo, the table top is made from 10mm PVC to give some weight to the table to stop movement when cutting larger sheets, the table size is 300mm x 400mm x10mm. Just plug the cutter in and it will cut up to 150mm thick and 333 mm deep (from wire to back frame), power supply is a QUALITY 3 pin plug top 5v output with CE mark, and cutting wire is 30g nichrome wire, to give a cutting temperature of approx 620c which is the right temperature for cutting polystyrene,the cutter comes with one wire fitted for testing, and 5 spare,you also get detachable fence for straight edge cutting and adjustable mitre fence. If you need a freehand cutter just take off cutting wire (they just hook on ) slacken nuts on holding clip and slide out the frame, reattach the cutting wire you then have a freehand cutter that will cut 170mm thick and 333mm deep.

You can not buy a cutter that can do all that this cutter can do for less.

Hi...received hot wire cutter today and have left feedback. Sometimes when buying on e-bay the items are "adequate" or as a buyer you are left feeling slightly "ripped off". Not so with this item. I don't know how you make this and include everything like the fences and spare wire,offer free postage and still make a profit for yourself! I am so pleased with it...thank you. E-bay needs more sellers like you. Give yourself a pat on the back! I do have one complaint...it should carry a label warning how addictive hot wire foam cutting is!! I've used up all my stock of foam cutting random shapes for the fun of it! Once again,thank you for an excellent product.
