• Wrong IMEI – No Refund. Wrong Career - no Refund! Always get the IMEI from *#06# on the phone. Never take the IMEI from the phone sticker or from the box.
• This service isn't made for iCloud locked iPhones, so please make sure you have the login and password for the iCloud account. Before sending us the IMEI you can also turn off the 'Find my iPhone' service to make sure your iCloud credentials are good, otherwise you will not be able to apply our service to your iPhone, even if we complete the unlock successfully.

• If your iPhone's IMEI is blacklisted in the USA it will still not get signal on any USA networks even after the unlock is done. It will only work internationally! Your iPhone's IMEI will not be removed from the blacklist through this service!

  iPhone models 4s and 5 will not accept any USA SIM even after the unlock process is done. They will only work with international SIM cards.
