We never carry bootleg items or merchandise that isn't licensed by the band and/or artist. All items are officially licensed merchandise and are purchased directly from our vendors.  We stand behind all of our products and are constantly shopping around to provide you with more bands, more artists, and more memorabilia!  We do our best to provide a wide selection of items including heavy metal, classic rock, hip-hop, punk rock and indie merchandise. You will also find a movie merchandise section in our store; there you will find many horror tees as well as a few cult classics!

PAYMENT

 Payment is due within five days after purchase. Once payment is received, the item will be shipped the following business day. If payment is not received by the fifth day, the item will be relisted and an unpaid dispute will be filed with eBay. Once the buyer has received an unpaid strike, they will be blocked from all future auctions.  We understand that life happens, so please contact us if you need to make payment arrangements. We are always willing to work with our customers to ensure a pleasant transaction.  If for any reason we've made an inventory error and are out of stock of a particular item, you will be notified immediately. This is a very rare occurrence and we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.

SHIPPING

 We strive to ship items as quickly as possible because we want five star ratings from all of our customers.  After receiving payment, items are shipped within one business day (seller cannot be held responsible for slow shipping due to holidays, postal errors, or customs delays).  For mail within the U.S., shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be provided via paypal.  For international orders, USPS does not provide tracking numbers for First Class International Mail. If you wish to have tracking for international mail, please send an email and we will adjust your invoice accordingly for priority mail.

RETURNS

 Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We offer a no hassle thirty day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund (minus shipping charges) if the item is returned in the same unused condition as when it was received.
