Once payment is received we shall ship within 2-3 business days. We do not send items on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays). Items are shipped from Hong Kong via HK Postal Service by Registered International Air Mail, or to the USA  by e Express. It normally takes 7-14 business days to arrive depending on which country you are in. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges; these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We are a small Hong Kong company with some Swiss people and we try our best to offer you 100% satisfaction. When we have received a hopefully positive feedback from you we shall do the same for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know and we shall do the utmost to solve the problem (e.g. you may return any merchandise in its original condition within 14 days and we shall refund you the price of the item but not the shipping charges).
