CUSTOMER DELIVERY INFORMATION:All deliveries go on a 24hour courier service Monday to-Friday, We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Once all order are dispatched from our warehouse, We will send tracking numbers to our customers, this is for your own reference, please track your parcel if needed, once you receive tracking number your item should arrive the following day. Items paid for before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day where possible,
Ordered placed after this will be dispatched the following working day

Orders placed Late Friday, Saturdays + Sundays will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

At this time standard or free delivery is only available for all of UK mainland England and Wales and parts of Scotland,
PLEASE NOTE: Extra charges will be incurred if delivery is required to the following:
Scottish Highlands Offshore Islands, Western Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight & Ireland.
Also Postal Codes requiring extra postage charges are:
AB30 - AB38, AB44 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, G83, IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW14, PA21 - PA38, PH18 - PH50 and Europe

PAYMENTS/PAYPAL/CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept PayPal payments where the shipping address is the confirmed by the PayPal address, if you are not confirmed by PayPal we will have to refund your payment.

We will only ship orders to the address provided by PayPal and eBay

IF YOU ARE NEW TO EBAY please note when paying on a credit/debit card via PayPal services, this process is slow and can delay your order up to 48hrs as PayPal have the right to hold on to your payment for up to 48hrs for security checks, We must have received your full payment before we dispatch your order.

RETURNS/FAULTS/WRONG SIZE: We offer a 7 day exchange or refund policy. All returns must be in the same condition as received. That includes no markings or scratches on the product as well as all accessories, original boxes and packing materials are to be included with your return, if not we can not offer a refund or exchange. All returns require a return authorization number from us. Return postage applies only when the product is defective within the first 14 days of receiving the product. If you have a return please message us at once via eBay messaging services so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
