From my own personal collection, this is a vintage 1997/1998 Medabots Kuwagata (Rokusho) Version Medawatch from the show of the same name. The piece is complete and is fully functioning with screen, light, and sound all in working order. The wrist strap (velcro) has had some use, but the overall condition is quite good given it's age. Included is the Metabee Medal. 

These Medawatch's are of the original releases, with an item number of 008 (the 007 Metabee/Kabuto model is also for sale in another listing). The rereleases were numbered 018 and 017, respectively. So these truly are first issue. A collectors item to a niche market, I hope to find it a good home.
