All items include a standard 30 day warranty for resellers, and a 90 day warranty for end-user customers.
Return Policy
After receiving the item, contact Frontier Computer Corp. within 30 days to receive a money back refund. Free return shipping. If product is defective notify Frontier Computer Corp. withing 5 days of receiving the product. Frontier technicians will try to solve the problem prior to issuing an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the issue can not be solved and it is an issue related to defective or non-working equipment Frontier will either replace the equipment at their expense or choose to issue a credit in the full amount of the equipment value. Frontier Computer Corp. will not authorize the return of products that were damaged during or after shipping. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Frontier will prepay and add shipping to the invoice at the buyer’s request. All rights reserved.

International Buyers
For all sales please include your telephone number and identify your shipping address as either a “residence” or “commercial location” Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price, or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your customs office to determine additional costs prior to bidding/buying. These additional costs are normally charged when you collect the item, or they are billed by the delivery/shipping company. Do not confuse them as additional shipping costs billed by the Seller.
