Offered for sale is a 1960s VACHERON & CONSTANTIN Geneve in 18K solid gold.

The reference number is 6456 and features a round 34 mm case (measured without crown) which is crafted in 18 KT. SOLID YELLOW GOLD.

The movement is the Vacheron & Constantin K1001 caliber which is in very good working condition. The service history of the watch is unknown except for a couple of service markings on the inside of the case back. Timekeeping and power reserve are very good for a half a century old watch.

The dial is aged but in perfectly original state. The crystal and crown are the original ones as well and both are in excellent condition. The crown is not signed (which is correct for the pre-1970s models); it winds and sets the time flawlessly while the acrylic crystal is free of marks.  The case has signs of wear mostly on the back but nothing that can’t be polished out.

It will be offered on a slightly used brown Bulova leather strap measuring 18 mm between the lugs.

Being a 50 years old watch there are no original papers or box coming with it but its condition is excellent related to its age.

Please do not hesitate to ask for further information regarding the watch.
