* ALL DELIVERIES ARE FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY. For Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel, Islands, UK Islands & Overseas, please contact us for a quote prior purchase.
* Collection in person welcome.
* If you need an item urgently, you can choose 24 hours delivery when you pay for the purchase.
* Items up to 2kg will be sent through Royal Mail, items heavier than 2kg or big in size, will be sent through UK Mail courier.
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
* Please make sure that you are buying the right part. Please match the picture and part number (if provided), read all description before purchasing. If you are not sure or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact as, and we'll try our best to help you out.
* We require the full delivery address for shipping purposes, THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and specific delivery instruction if any.
* All our items are security marked to avoid any fraudulent return.
* All items are sold as seen in pictures.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT EXPECT NEW ITEM because all items are second hand so there is possibility of scratches, storage marks and signs of use but they do not affect the use.
RETURN POLICY
* Buyer can cancel the purchase within 30 days after receiving the item.
* Order errors and faults with parts must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of your goods, and arrangements made for their return.
* If an item is sent via courier please check packaging is not damaged before you sign for your item.If damaged please check the item you have ordered is not damaged before you sign for it. If you sign for a damaged item you have agreed with them that the item is OK and no refunds will be able to be given after.
* If we have made a mistake in supplying the part you ordered, you may request an exchange or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received by the buyer
* Where buyer has made a genuine error or just changed his mind, we will accept a return (buyer has to pay for return shipping). In that case the item has to be returned at buyer expense and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund. Shipping and Handling cost is non refundable
* If any other refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling cost is nonrefundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
* In the case of a faulty part, we will ship you a replacement (if it will be possible) after we have received back the faulty item. Return shipping and replacement shipping will be at our expense. Only if we cannot replace the faulty part we will refund the amount paid for the part and we will also cover the cost of your original shipping charge.
* In case if an item has been damaged during delivery the photos will be requested and have to be send through Ebay messages. (Photos of damaged package and an item).
* GLASS DELIVERED BY COURIER is at the customer's risk, as couriers do not insure glass. We can accept no responsibility for glass broken in transit, and therefore no refund can be considered in these circumstances.
