Most countries charge customs duties and taxes on items being imported from the US. You are responsible to know your Country's importing laws and taxes. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up & do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges. We declare all items as a "purchase" for the winning bid amount. We do NOT mark merchandise below value or mark items as "gifts" or "repairs" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. We cannot risk our ability to do business by falsifying any portion of the customs documents. Please do not ask us to break the law.
WARRANTY
This watch does not come with warranty. We offer our own 2-YEARS Warranty on most watches. However, this warranty has limitations. It does not cover carelessness, misuse, abuse, lost or stolen.Damage caused by fire, pressure or natural disaster is not covered. This warranty does not cover any water damage—including crystal fogginess, movement damage, dial or bezel damage, seals, gaskets, liquid penetration and any issues pertaining to water. This warranty replaces the original manufacturers warranty. ...
The crystal and bracelet are not covered. VINTAGE* movement parts are not covered, as these parts can begin to fail over time due to age, and regardless of any overhauls or cleaning that is performed. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void if the watch is modified, altered, serviced or opened by ANYONE other than our technicians.
* For purposes of this warranty a "vintage" watch is considered to be any watch that was manufactured using a plastic crystal -- regardless of whether or not the watch had a "conversion" sapphire crystal installed. Plastic crystals were used on Rolex watches featuring a "date" until (around) 1987, and on "non-date" models until (around) 1991.
Water Resistance - While we replace gaskets and seals and pressure test all watches, we cannot guarantee ANY watch against water damage. For any Rolex to be water-resistant, the crown MUST be screwed down before submerging the watch in water. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the water resistance of ANY watch that features an aftermarket bezel. Aftermarket “conversion crystal” (i.e. plastic to sapphire) are not made by Rolex and are often not water-resistant. We don’t sell them, nor do we install them or guarantee them. And lastly, unlike MODERN watches, VINTAGE* timepieces, due to their age, may not be “capable” of maintaining water resistance, due to the age of the parts and/or corrosion of metal. Thus, you should never submerge them, as we will not guarantee them.

We will ONLY ship to the shipping address that PayPal provides on the payment "Transaction Details" page. To help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, NO exceptions will be made. If you need us to ship to an alternate address, we can NOT accept PayPal.
We can NOT accept multiple PayPal payments for an item... PayPal requires a seller to accept only ONE PayPal payment per transaction. PayPal limits all transactions to $5,000.
We will only accept PayPal up to $5,000. If the item purchased is more than $5,000, please contact us to arrange payment by wire transfer.
We do NOT accept payment or ship to Russia, Indonesia or Africa.
We ONLY accept payments in United States Dollars (USD).
REFUND
Upper Watches offers 30 Days money back guaranty on all of its watches (except unworn watches) unless specified. No satisfy with your purchase. Just email us and return it so we receive it back within 30 days. There is no restocking fee as long as the item is being received back within 30 days and in the same condition with everything that was included (ie. box, tag, plastics on the watch etc.) The original shipping fees and the shipping costs back to us are not refundable. Return shipping and insurance should be pay by the buyer, UpperWatches.com will not be responsible for the return shipping. (All returns must be insured and traceable delivery with signature requested). All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
