Within the 50 USA States most of our items are shipped with Free Standard Shipping USPS First Class Mail 1 - 5 Business Days (1 lb or less). For an extra 6.99 plus 3.00 per item  we can ship Expedited Shipping Priority Mail 1 - 3 Business Days. Items weighting more than 1 lb will be shipped using USPS Expedited Shipping 1 - 3 Business Days. (2nd Day Air) is also available (please email us for price before purchasing item). Canada Shipping Costs will be 16.99 plus 3.00 for each additional item shipped USPS First Class Mail International (1 lb or less.) Other Countries Shipping Costs will be 26.99 plus 3.00 for each additional item shipped USPS First Class Mail International (1 lb or less).   Other Countries including Canada on Items weighting more then 1 lb will be shipped Priority Mail International (please email us for price before purchasing item).  Check the Shipping (Fast 'N Free) in center top section of this listing for estimated delivery date.

Custom forms will be legally filled out as merchandise and Buyers are responsible for any Duties, Taxes and Fees Levied by their own Country Customs Office. The Customs Value amount will be the final bid price (not including the S/H costs - (if we show a shipping cost for your item) for all items purchased.

Items must be return within the 30 days from the sale date. Items must be unworn/unwash condition. Items must be free of odors/smoke/pet hair/make-up/perfume. I reserve the right to refuse any returns that show wear or wash or have a strong perfume scent. All tags must be attach. If you have any questions, please do ask. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and handling fee's which are not refundable provided the item(s) are returned in the same new condition as when shipped. Clothing that is returned with strong scent of perfume will be charged a $7.50 Dry Cleaning fee and this amount will be deducted from the refund. Return processing time generally takes a few days. All items must be received by us within 10 days from the date of notification to return item or return is voided. Any packages refused by buyer and marked return to sender will not be accepted. Any item returned to seller with postage due will also be refused.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost after you return the damages or wrong item you received. (A picture of the damaged part may be required to ensure we send the correct replacement). Buyer must report these conditions to misty490 via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or items purchased will be presumed to be in excellent condition and without fault.

This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. misty490 reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be refunded or replaced. misty490 makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. misty490 maximum liability here under is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall misty490 be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
