TRUE VINTAGE 1940s DOUBLE BREASTED BEIGE WITH WHITE FLECK PRINCESS COAT

Vintage late 1940s early 1950s double breasted princess coat with a fabulous fleck. Made in Austria (I did have the original label but it went awol when I relined the coat). Selling on because it's too big for me now. Does have a couple of issues but still a lovely coat!

MEASUREMENTS ~ Shoulder to shoulder seam 18 inches (46cm) Armpit to armpit 19 1/2 inches (49cm) Waist approx 15 inches (38cm) Sleeve from shoulder 21 inches (53.5cm) Length 43 1/2 inches (110cm)

Measurements are approx because of nature of fabric or existence of lining.

CONDITION ~ Very good.  Fabric is solid but there is a hole in the lapel which is easily hidden with a brooch. Hidden tears under the left-hand buttons mean they cannot be moved but I had bound button holes added on the other side so it can be done up the male way too. Pocket linings may need to be replaced soon. Original button holes show some wear but hidden when worn. Freshly dry-cleaned and ready to wear! Please see photos.
