SHIPPING

A. As it is international shipping service , delivery time and postage vary from different region.The most efficient courier will be applied ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, EQUICK , etc .).During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday,National Holiday,the shipping time will be a little longer.
B. Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges .These charges are buyer's responsibility . Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

PAYMENTS

A. Please arrange payment within 3 days after end of auction, otherwise an unpaid case will be filed.

RETURE & EXCHANGE

A. We have an easy return/exchange process! If you are not satisfied with the item( including poor quality, not the right size, color etc .).You may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
B. Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing.
NO Refund : Worn, Perfumed or Altered garments.
C. Item must be returned (means applied and started to return )within 7 days of accepting the delivery. It is buyers’ responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
NO Refund : Over 7 Days still not returned.
