This is a an amazing quality military issued Extreme Cold Weather Parka N3B(N). It's a size X-small in very good condition (it has been a handful of times), although one of the buttons might need a couple of stitches & the fur trim on the hood could do with a freshen up. 

The outer is thick sateen fabric with a faux fur lined hood with fur trim. 

Measurements are:

Underarm to underarm - 25 inches

Length from side neck point to hem - 33 inches

Sleeve from shoulder to cuff - 30 inches

The National Stock Number is 1615-573-8335.

The outershell is 100% nylon. The interlining is 100% synthetic fibre.
