Postage
Items are dispatched within one working day of payment being received. Items sent by second class post normally arrive within 2 and 3 days after being dispatched. In the unlikely event that you have not received your item within one week of making your payment, please contact us.
Returns
The Kit and Cluster returns policy allows you to return an item if you are not satisfied. Simply raise a return request through eBay and then return the item to us in perfect, and unused condition in all it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt (ensuring that you gain proof of postage). Once the item has arrived back at our premises we will action the reimbursement and the item cost and original postage cost will be returned by the original payment method. We are unable to reimburse the postage cost of returning the item.
