The lamp is hand-crafted using the same methods originated by Louis Comfort Tiffany. Each item is handcrafted by hundreds of individually cut stained glass pieces and each is a genuine heirloom quality work of art.
Designed for enduring beauty these stained glass products are handcrafted using the world-famous copper foil construction process. Individual pieces of stained glass are cut by hand, wrapped in copper foil and then soldered together.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
- Before returning any goods to us please contact us by email.
- Please make sure all goods are returned in their original condition with all the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will not pay for unwanted goods to be returned. Goods can be returned by courier or registered post, or we can arrange for collection (collection fee to be paid by customer).
- Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages, faults or shortages.
- We cannot accept responsibility after this period.
- If only part of the item is damaged we will send out a replacement for the part that is damaged or faulty. In the event that a part cannot be sent, the whole item will be replaced.
- In the event of faulty goods or missing items we will in no way be liable for any related expenses such as electrician's fees, loss of earnings etc.
- All products carry a 14-day money back policy (see returns policy above).
- The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with any bulbs and any other parts supplied. (See returns policy).
- We have the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet the above criteria.
- We only refund the price of the item once it is received by us. The delivery charge will only be refunded in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods received by customer.
- All products supplied must be installed by a qualified electrician.
- All products must be earthed where necessary.
- The mains supply must always be isolated prior to installation.
- Please note: incorrect installation can deem warranty void.
- We will accept no liability for any personal damages such as electrocution due to improper installation.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
