 You are looking at an older 1960's era Calrad DM-15 dynamic microphone with original cable, box and adjustable Lanier desk stand. This unique microphone was produced by a couple Japanese manufacturers including Aiwa and resembled (only in looks) the much higher quality R.C.A ribbon microphones made famous during the 1940's and 50's.

 This microphone utilizes a High Z single dynamic type element and it works well enough to use but the signal strength is only about 50% to 60%. It would be better used as an ideal display or prop piece until the dynamic element is replaced with something newer. As seen in the pictures provided this particular mic is superb physical condition having virtually no signs of wear. The lower yoke looks perfect and the thumb screws tighten nicely just as they should. This would make a very nice prop or display model to show off in the home, office, or studio as well. There is nothing loose inside or out. She's a real tight mic.

 This pill mic model is appx 6 inches tall X 2 inches wide and it will screw onto any American vintage stand as the thread is the universal 5/8. The mic comes with a Lanier desk stand that is just a couple years newer but basically period and it's in excellent condition. The stand has a classy look that compliments the microphone very well and adjusts to a low of 8 inches and extends to a height of 13 inches if needed.

 There is an original 5 1/2 foot cable with a 1/4 inch male end connector attached. The cable is soft, pliable and free of any damage. All of the hardware is original to the mic.

 The original Calrad DM-15 box is also included and in pretty good shape. Always a bonus to have for resale purposes.

 I'd give the mic a solid 9 + on a scale of 1 - 10.
