Here we have 4 x aqua-pure cut to fit phosphate, carbon, ammonia and polyfiber filter pads 10" (long) x 18" (wide) x 0.5"-1.0" (thick).

  • These pads help to:

    Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know.

    If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.

    It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above.

    We accept payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Please contact us to discuss payment by any other means. 



    All goods are sent either via Royal Mail second class post (up to 2kg), Hermes (over 2 kg) or APC (larger and live goods).

    Live fish are sent on before midday delivery to arrive Wednesdays to Fridays as agreed with the customer.

    Goods will normally be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared funds, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.

    We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or couriers.

    Buyers have 30 days in which notify and to return unsatisfactory/damaged items, however, any problems need to be notified on day of arrival.

    The return postage is to be paid by the buyer. All returned items must be in the condition as received by customer.
