All Items offered as New old stock are items that have been held by the motor factors in a large store room and never fitted.  All items are visually checked prior to dispatch.  Most items are in original packaging - however, we will open it as stated to check the item inside is the correct item for the part number.  Any issues, please let us know and we will endeavour to help.

To continue offering free postage, items will be sent well packaged using recycled packaging wherever possible.  Not only does this allow us to offer free postage, it also has an environmental advantage as well.

We will also, on occasion, remove an item from original packaging and place in smaller packaging if this also helps reduce the postal cost.  If the listing says it is Intermotor, Quinton Hazell or Lucas for example, but does not arrive in branded packaging, the part is correctly branded as advertised but repacked to reduce costs.  This is because the Royal Mail now charge by size as well as weight!!    Nearly all items are sent Royal Mail Second Class unless by Courier.  Items are marked as dispatched on the day of posting.

We endeavour to post prior to last collection at 5pm at our local Post Office.  Items purchased BEFORE 2pm will be packaged and posted same day.  After 2pm it may be next day depending on garage workload.  Friday purchases made after 2pm will be posted on Monday morning.   

Please Please Please do not complain to us or leave feedback about delivery times etc.  All our Postage labels have the date on them saying when they were posted by us and Royal Mail became responsible for the item (it is printed on the stamp label by Royal Mail.)  If it takes longer than you expect, please check the date we posted it on the packaging - It is often the fault of Royal Mail NOT us.

Dispatch of items - If we have a stock error or shortage you will be notified on the day of dispatch offering the timescale to get said item to you or you will be offered a refund or a replacement product if there is one available.

All items offered as 'used' are items that have been fitted before to a vehicle and then removed - often by us.  As such, we sell these items on the basis that a qualified mechanic will examine the  parts prior to fitting and / or use.  We do our best to describe these items but all second-hand items will have signs of wear and use.
