Customer Service

Have an issue? Call our customer service department to speak with a customer service representative, Mon - Fri, 9am – 5:30pm CST at 1-800-669-9430 in US or 001-847-260-4000 if call from outside of US or email.

Our customer service representative will try to answer all emails within 48 hours (Sat, Sun and holidays excluded.). If you do not receive our reply, please kindly re-send your email and we will reply as soon as possible. If you do not get our emails either, you should check your spam box or your email settings. Or simply give us a call during business hours.

Payment Options

Currently we only accept PayPal.

All payment arrangements should be made within five working days of the close of the auction or purchase.

Residents of Illinois are required to pay 8.5% local sales tax

Shipping

We ship to most domestic and international locations unless a listing is specified as "U.S. Only." All eBay orders must be shipped; we do not offer local pick up. Our default shipping services are UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us through eBay "My Messages".

Most orders are shipped out within 2 - 3 business days of payment being received and CLEARED. Please keep in mind that this DOES NOT include weekends

United States

  • All orders are subject to shipping costs. We will choose the best and most cost effective way to ship your products.
  • UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Truck Delivery" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
  • For truck delivery on items that require extra shipping and handling charges, drivers will usually only provide tailgate delivery (the driver will bring the merchandise to the tailgate of the truck, but won't assist you in bringing the merchandise inside).
  • Furniture shipments are a lot bulkier and take longer to deliver than you would normally expect.
  • If you request lift gate, inside delivery or schedule delivery services, you'll receive more information about these special deliveries and their charges before your order is shipped. If your order requires extra shipping and handling charges, a Nail Superstore Representative will call you to confirm the charges.
  • Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous States to Hawaii and Alaska by ground are subject to the carrier’s normal delivery time. However, The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts orders containing hazardous materials from being shipped by air.

International

  • Shipment outside the continental United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) are subject to the international carriers shipping rate. An additional hazardous material fee will be incurred as set forth by the international freight lines’ regulations. All rates are variable and estimates given with each individual order.
  • International shipping time is estimated only and will depend on the customs clearance of your country. Please keep this in mind when ordering international.
  • Duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage and import charges are not included in the cost of delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - USA and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
  • Items sent by UPS will likely incur additional brokerage fees. Brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • In case of unclaimed or refused shipment buyer will be responsible for the return cost of the shipment to our warehouse plus any customs/duties/brokerage fee and restocking fee. We reserve the right to have the unclaimed or refused shipment salvaged in which case the purchase will not be refunded.

Returning An Item

Not what you were looking for? Receive an item in error? Order the wrong item? Received Damaged Items?

The Nail Superstore guarantees 100% satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, a credit on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.

To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:
  • Buyer must check shipment and report all damage and discrepancies within 48 business hours.
  • All sales are considered final (no return or refund) after 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the US Postal Service insured mail) to:

  • All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number call our Customer Service at 800-669-9430.
  • We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.
  • Product(s) should be:
    • Returned within 7 days from return authorization date.
    • In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the UPC Code on the exterior.
    • Received in saleable condition.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the product was misshipped or defective upon arrival.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original picking slip which should be packed inside the box.
  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
  • All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claim with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to The Nail Superstore.
  • Some items are subject to Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty and cannot be returned. These items are, but are not limited to: pedicure spas, furniture, nail brushes, implements, airbrush equipment and parts, facial equipment, salon equipment (sterilizers, towel warmers, gel or UV lights dryers), air purifier, nail drill machines, books and DVDs. All OPI, Creative Nail Design (CND), IBD, Cuccio products are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders, these are considered final sales.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
  • For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong items, buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees and 15% restocking fee.
  • If the item is DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt to request a Return Authorization Number. Customer has 3 days to inspect the product & report DOA. After 3 days item can only be exchanged.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE NAIL SUPERSTORE BY AIR MAIL - The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., Demert nail dryer) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., acrylic nail liquid, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. All of these products must be returned via a ground shipping service. Again, please do not ship items to The Nail Superstore by air.
Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty

All equipments when sold are new or noted otherwise and carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Once you purchase the equipment it will be your responsibility to register it with the manufacturer to activate the warranty. All warranty information is included with shipment of the equipment. You may contact our Customer Service for additional information.

Items considered equipment include but are not limited to: pedicure spas, airbrush machines, nail drill machines, paraffin machines, sterilizers, towel warmers, air purifier and gel or UV lights…As per manufacturer’s policy, equipment cannot be returned. For any defect, please refer to the equipment warranty information and contact the manufacturer directly. If you do not find all the information or have additional questions please contact our Customer Service at your earliest convenience.

All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/ distributor directly for service at your expenses. The Nail Superstore is not liable if the manufacturer/ distributor fails to perform warranty service.

We do quality check before sending out items. If you receive defective products, please return within 7 days from the date you received the items. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending the items back.

Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expenses.

All products listed in this website are intended for professional use only. Unskilled, home and personal use is not recommended and The Nail Superstore cannot be held responsible for any property damages or body injuries.
