This is a Wimpy character hand puppet most likely by Gund but doesn't have a tag. The head is made of rubber and the body is cloth. He measures 9 inches tall by 7 inches wide. It looks like there was repairs done to the fabric and he is missing his felt hands. There is a little color wear to the black of his hat and what looks like someone's faint initials written on the cloth, on the back side (see photo 8).
