Payment: 

All winning bidders must complete checkout within 1 DAYS from the end of the auction unless previously agreed otherwise. After that time Non-Paying Bidder report will be made and the item re-listed. 

I am always happy to combine postage for multiple wins, please ask for a quote on the items you are interested in as discounts will vary. Generally it would be £1.50 off from any additional item. 

All sales are final – I cannot accept returns/offer refunds – all items are sold as seen/described.-NO RETURN IF ITEM DOESN'T FIT 

Shipping: 

I post within EUROPE only( postage £18) 

I usually post Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I only post Via Royal Mail 1st class recorded 

Delivery. I will send you an e-mail once your item has been posted to give you some idea of when to expect it. However I cannot be held responsible for package lost in post as I always keep a proof of posting. In uneven situation that you will not receive your item I will provide you a tracking number so you could start your claim to Royal Mail. 

Special Delivery is available to you via checkout. (This service includes full/higher level insurance cover) 

Collect in person is welcome and free of any charges. 

Postage: 

I try to make sure the postage costs are fair. 

Please note that postal charges include postage, packing and fuel to post office .Please only bid if you are happy with that. 

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. I ensure that items are packaged well to avoid damage. 

IN CASE ITEM IS LOST IN POST I WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND AFTER IT IS CLASSIFIED AS "LOST" BY POSTAL SERVICE(NORMALLY AFTER 4 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF POSTAGE CHECKING TRACKING INFORMATION)

I only sell products that I would be happy to receive. The majority of my items are perfect – if an item is a second that will be clearly stated in the description.
