International shipping is offered via several carriers according to your location (Fedex, UPS, Hungarian Post). Delivery can take between 2-7 business days (only expedited), 7-21 work days (Hungarian Post) depending on destination. Please pay ONLY after receiving an invoice from us. Not after the first notice from eBay. We will gladly answer your e-mails regarding shipping options and shipping costs to your address (for your inquiries we need: city, state and zip/postal code). We do not charge for packing and handling. Combined shipping is possible and is highly recommended.

PACKING:

• We pack all our shipments very well to avoid damage during transit.

• For regular shipping we use standard packing material and/or cardboard boxes of different sizes. In some cases we use padded envelopes reinforced with cardboard inside. 

• For express shipping we use standard Fedex (or UPS) original packages.

• For multiple purchases we use the same packing method as above. 

• If items are shipped via regular mail or Fedex we use the most compact size we can afford to cut the shipping costs to the minimum.

PAYMENT:

• Payments are expected within 3 days following invoice. In most cases invoice is sent soon after the end of auction. Please don't make any payment before receiving our invoice. The first email you receive is a "purchase confirmation" from eBay, not your invoice. If you do not see the shipping cost on your invoice, let us know and we will amend it as necessary.

• We can hold orders up to 15 days if you wish to continue purchasing/bidding. Please let us know in advance or soon after your first purchase.

• We accept payments through PayPal (worldwide) and IBAN transfers (EU) in EURO currency only.

SHIPPING:

• (quoted from eBay:) All Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

• We ship within the next business day (GMT+1) after receiving cleared payment.

• PO Boxes are not accepted for express shipments.

• To some countries we cannot offer express shipping.

• For standard post (Hungarian Post) we pack as advertised and register/record the shipment against loss. We will add this number to the purchased item (visible in your "purchases" folder, next to or under the item description). You can check the status of your shipment via www.posta.hu

• If your item is shipped via express mail, you will receive a tracking number as soon as item is prepared for shipping. You can track your item through www.fedex.com or www.ups.com official web sites, or by clicking on the tracking number added to your purchased item. If you opt for express shipping you will have to provide a telephone number where the delivery agents can contact you.

• We encourage our customers to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping cost. If you intend to buy more than one item don't make a payment after your first purchase. Ask for combined shipping.

INSURANCE:

• Items shipped via express mail are insured for the value declared on the shipping documents.

• Items shipped via standard mail (Letter Post International) are not insured. For this type of shipping we can insure your item(s) at additional cost.

• Please do not hesitate to contact us with special requests or questions.

DAMAGED ITEM(S):

• Upon receipt of your shipment if you have any problems or questions regarding the condition of the item please contact us first, directly per e-mail. We will do our best to solve any problems regarding damaged goods during transit. All our items are shipped intact with no visible damage to contents (if open), well documented with photos.

• It is important that you check the condition of your item upon receipt, if possible before the Fedex/UPS/postal delivery agent leaves your address, or as soon as you receive the package at your local post office. 

• We can claim refunds for damaged items. For this we may need your help to make official claims for damaged items. For any claims we may need photographic proof of the damage.
