Each machine has been refurbished to a high standard with full suction and comes with a warranty lasting upto 2 years.

You have the choice of machine, all are effectively the same other than the chassis and trim colours, any model name is simply to identify the model

My machines are refurbished to a high standard and fitted with brand new and upgraded specification filters (where applicable), fully inspected, serviced and overhauled, they are not simply given a wipe over and a quick polish with the old filters washed, All machines therefore, once complete have the filtration of the Allergy/Animal specification machines.

These vacuum cleaners are supplied with the 3 on board tools which will generally be new high quality alternative parts or good condition originals.

The dyson DC14 Brush Control has the following features:

*3 on board crevice, brush & stair tools *

* New upgraded post motor Hepa filter to ensure that the dust stays in the machine *

* Printed copy of the instruction pack *

For the refurbishment each machine is dismantled, thoroughly cleansed with an antibacterial solution and allowed to dry,The carbon brushes in the motors are checked for length and servicability, to ensure a good life, all parts are then checked for any damage or stress fractures before finally being reassembled and tested.

All parts which were not upto standard have been replaced.

These machines are the ultimate "green" machine, All faulty plastics and metals are recycled, do your bit for the environment and buy a refurbished machine.

Any replacement parts will be either new or recycled from other machines.

Your new DC14 will be supplied with brand new filters installed, you will also receive the original pre motor filter which has been thoroughly washed and hygenically cleaned.

As a mark of the quality of the refurbishment i am please to offer a 60 day full machine warranty and a 12 months warranty on the main motor and a further 12 months labour warranty for your peace of mind.

These are refurbished used machines and will exhibit signs of use including but not limited to scuffs, scratches and frosting of the dust container, at the end of the day they are in a no worse condition cosmetically than a new machine will be after 6 months of use being steered into furniture, skirting boards and door frames.

Polite notice to the "10 bob millionaires" and sufferers of "magpie syndrome" who are only attracted the things which are nice and shiney, these are not new machines and do have marks on them, if you only want new then buy new, please do not buy one of these machines and then complain about the condition, I cannot be more honest.

In the event of a warranty claim please contact me first, for a genuine warranty claim economy shipping will be reimbursed.failure due to user abuse including, but not limited to blockages, water damage ,motor  failure due to lack of maintainance of filters will invalidate your warranty as will any negative feedback received before i have an opportunity to address any issues, As is typical on any warranty belts, hoses, brushbars and other wear and tear items are excluded.

I have to offer a 14 day returns period, if the machine is dead on arrival then i will cover the economy return cost, otherwise the purchaser is responsible for the return costs, If you have used the machine then £20 or 20% (whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be retained to cover costs associated with restocking and any refurbishment required.
