Lost item or parcel?  Occasionally if your item has not arrived within a few days of posting it could have been returned as undelivered to your local sorting office, always worth a check there.If your parcel is lost or damaged I can & will put in a claim for compensation but only after 15 day after UK posting,(Royal Mail Rules) and unfortunately I can only refund what Royal Mail refunds me, and this can take up to 30 days.Royal mail is usually very fast and rarely loses an item, but if you think something has happened to yours, please contact me immediately. Some of my parcels are now posted via MyHermes and I have found them to be very reliable.  If yours is a MyHermes item please let me know if you have a safe place to leave the parcel if you are not at home. If you would like your Royal Mail parcel to be tracked please ask I will be happy to do this at your expense. Myhermes parcels can be tracked online at no further expense as this is included in the price.
