NOTE: I will not be responsible for items lost in the mail, I use eBay shipping and there is a tracking number with every label and it will show if the package has been delivered to the address. If it does not ever arrive at your specified address then you should visit your local PO to find out what the problem is and let me know and we can file a claim.
If the item gets broke I will need a picture of the broken item and possibly a return for a refund from the post office so I can refund you. Postage will not be refunded as the postal service does not refund it either. If the item is clothing or material accessories I will definitely need pictures if there is something you do not like or was misunderstood from the listing. If an item says VINTAGE or USED then it will not be perfect and I do try to check over things well before I take pictures. I have had two items, I missed a worn spot and a side seem so I am not perfect either, just like my vintage items! :) RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID FOR BY THE BUYER!!!! THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

NOTE: CAT HAIRS ARE FREE!! I do have cats in the house and every now and then a dog will go through to the garage so if you find a hair anywhere it is totally possible and I apologize. I do go through and check usually for that but I am sure I miss one every now and again! We are animal lovers.
