Genuine 1898 Austrian Medal.The Jubilee Medal (Signum Memoriae ) was a military award of Austria-Hungary . Established in 1898 by Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria it commemorated 50 years of his reign. The medal was awarded to members of the Austro- Hungarian armed forces.
