PAYMENT
  Your prompt payment is appreciated.   Positive feedback will automatically be sent as soon as your payment is made. If you are having a problem with your payment, please contact me, otherwise an unpaid item report/reminder will automatically be opened four days after auction end. 

REFUNDS
   Shop with confidence.  Most items, aside from electronics and swimwear, you may return for any reason for a full refund minus shipping (if charged) provided you contact me to let me know.  Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving item.  The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  

SHIPPING  
I am willing to combine shipping.  You will need to request a new invoice with the shipping discount before you pay.  Shipping discounts only apply to items that are shipped together.   Items will be shipped in one business day once the payment has been confirmed.  Please remember that echecks can take up to a week to clear.  Many items are shipped in poly envelopes to keep shipping costs at their lowest.  Once the item is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
***International Buyers please note:  We do not offer free international shipping.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  We are not responsible for these charges, and they are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivery company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.   Also, we ship via First Class International which is by far the cheapest option but occasionally may take unusually long for delivery depending on the country destination.  First Class International unfortunately does not offer a tracking number.  We are not responsible for undelivered items once they leave the U.S. and do not offer refunds due to delays in customs or undelivered items in your country.  Lastly, we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" ~ U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
