Shipping and Return:

1) Let us 2 day for handling time with your order.

2) We always try to send a order as soon as possible .

3) Postage withing Australia takes 2-6 business days exept handling time and can be checked by tracking number if your order not flat (or send by envelope) and more than 100g.

4) Postage beyond Australia takes longer and depends on buyer location + 2 day for handling time,It will be  without tracking number,as we use Australia Post Parcel economy Air mail. for all question please feel free to ask

5) We do a COMBINED POSTAGE to reduce a postage expense ,please let us know before commit a purchase.

6) PICK UP is available if you live close to Keilor Downs 3038 ,Melbourne,Vic, AUS. Please let us know if you choose such option before commit your purchase.

7) Return is acceptable within first 14 days if item is not demaged. Buyer pay for return postage fee with registered mail or parcel and will get refund after we get item back. Please keep your tracking number for evidence of return.
