We deliver worldwide - from United Kingdom.

We will always aim to dispatch your item on the same day, if cleared payment is received before 11.00am.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, and complete with their original labels. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in their original condition. Only the item cost will be refunded, not the postage. You do not need to inform us before you send us a return. Return form with our address is included in every package for hassle-free returns.

We aim to process refunds back to you within 3 working days of the items being received back into our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to advise that your refund has been processed.
