Shipping information:

We ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. In the cases where insurance was purchased, any damage in shipping must be reported with 2 days of receipt. And all packaging materials must be retained in the event that the carrier needs to inspect it. Photos of the damage should be sent via e-mail in order for us to initiate an insurance claim. If you would like insurance added to this item please request via e- mail prior to paying so an updated invoice can be done.

We try to be exact with the dimensions and weight to be very fair with shipping and do not look to make any money from it. We cannot offer free shipping at this time, so there will be shipping costs on all of our items.
