This Seiko Divers watch is in running condition but it will not run for long and so it does not keep accurate time.  It needs servicing.  Bezel is tight, I can barely turn it.  There is a scuff on the side opposite of the crown.  Guess that would be the left side.  It is well used.  It has a new blue on blue nato strap.  Includes box, but no manual.  These are becoming rare and hard to find because collectors are snapping them up.  Please judge the pictures carefully.  I will try to answer them.  Sale is to be considered ASIS.

I was asked to elaborate what I meant by TLC and so I am including this information:
The movement needs to be cleaned and oiled. Case needs to be buffed. Don't think the scrape/scuff on the side can be completely buffed out but I have seen some nice work on mine that I have work done on. Crystal should be fine with polishing. The rubber seals need to be replaced. Nothing out of the ordinary. It just needs it's 7 year maintenance. As it is, it is not water tight and would not be dependable as far as telling time. Don't know why the bezel will not turn freely. Looks like it has the wrong spring installed from a prior service.
