This model comes with MEGA wheels which are larger than the size of the wheels sold on new Heelys, now. 
MEGA wheels are faster and roll further than the smaller wheels.They are also essential for those wanting to do ramps and half-pipes.

These also come with grind plates.

Smaller Heely sizes, like this one, tend to run a little small....in which case you would want to buy the next size up. I have other styles/sizes also posted.
