The Solmeta Geotagger N2 is the first photo GPS with an electronic compass. It records not only latitude, longitude, altitude and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), but also heading information directly to images. With the supported cameras, this information is embedded directly within the images as they are taken. · 2-axis electronic compass
As the first photo GPS with a 2-axis electronic compass, the Geotagger N2 provides accurate heading info directly embed into the EXIF of photos. The compass can be calibrated.

· Indoor fixed function
When you go indoors or to a place where GPS signals are blocked, the Geotagger N2 device will automatically reuse the last known position for tagging the subsequent images.

· Built in Li-ion Battery
The internal rechargeable battery provides power for up to 20 hours. Power is automatically switched to the Nikon camera when the internal battery reaches a low level.

· Auto function
An "Auto" function allows the Geotagger unit to turn on when the Nikon camera is on and also turn off when the Nikon camera is turned off. This feature helps to save  internal battery power.

· Supports remote trigger/shutter release
Designed with a 2.5mm jack to pass through a remote trigger/shutter release signal. Any wired, wireless, timer or infrared remotes that are compatible with the Geotagger N2's jack can trigger the camera release.

· Compatibility
The data cables of the Geotagger N2 are detachable, allowing compatibility with all current Nikon DSLRs that support GPS function. We provide three types of cables for different Nikon models:
Cable-A [Included]: For Nikon D800, D800E, D4, D4S, D3-series, D700, D300-series, D2X, D2XS, D2HS, D200 
Cable-B [Included]: For Nikon D90
