· We ship 4-5 times a week and get the product to you fast.

· We only ship to lower 48 states with verified PayPal or the new eBay international shipping program.

· Shipping costs are only what it costs me to ship. I do not charge a handling or box/supplies charge.

· We are not responsible for an undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund policy.

· Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

· Local pick up is not available for any items.

· We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for all international shipments for items that qualify. If international shipping is not an option on a listing, then that item does not qualify, and we cannot ship it outside of the US.

· We have absolutely no control over the international shipping cost or import charges, and we will NOT alter invoices for lower import charges. Please do not ask.

Payment must be received within seven days after the auction ends. Please let us know if your payment is late. We prefer paypal and ship to confirmed and verified address given by paypal. International customers including, Alaska and Hawaii should eBay message me for shipping cost.

· If there is any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by eBay message. We will reply to you within 2 business days.

· If you do not get a response within 2-3 business days, please check your eBay email or ‘My Messages’.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:

· All our complete bikes are sold “as is”. We are not able to swap or substitute parts with any other of our listings.

· All our components and complete bikes are tested, tuned and checked thoroughly before we list them and are in full working order unless otherwise noted in the product description. We cannot be responsible for any mechanical issues after purchase due to misuse, wear and tear by the rider, crashing or a “just riding along” type situation. We take the utmost care to package your bike professionally and safely, however we are not in control of the handling once it is shipped. Some minor adjustments may be necessary once you receive your bike. It is recommended that you have it assembled by your local bike shop or a professional mechanic.

SIZING:

· Bikes: It is impossible to give accurate sizing info over email, with no other information than your height. We strongly suggest you get measured by your local shop and compare your numbers to the geometry chart provided in the listing.

· Clothing: It is impractical and time-consuming for us to measure every piece of clothing we list. Same goes for unpacking and measuring when someone asks for a specific measurement. That being said, pretty much every company provides a sizing chart online. And if you need more information than that gives you, there are often customer reviews out there that discuss sizing. We will not provide sizing information or measurements other than small, medium, large, and so forth.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

· PLEASE REFER TO THE MAIN ITEM’S DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DETAILS.

· All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. As long as it is within the 14 day return window

· In cases where return is due to buyer’s choice (didn’t fit, no longer need, changed mind, etc.), buyer will pay return shipping costs and will not be refunded initial shipping cost.

· We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items that are returns due to buyer’s choice (didn’t fit, no longer need, changed mind, etc.),

· In cases where return is fault of LiquidCycles (defective, mis-ship, etc.), we will cover cost of return shipping and the refund will include initial shipping costs. As long as it is within the 14 day return window.
