Black Unique Spotted Out Cut Ladies Blouse Top Size 10 By Jigsaw 

The top has dot puncture pattern throughout, made from kind of velvety material but is little stiff to touch. Not as soft as real velvet (best I can described) . Fabric has no stretch  and shaped on the waist 

Size 10- chest 38" - waist is 33.5" - length from shoulder to hem is 25.5"
