Founded nine years ago near the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Utah's Wasatch Range, BigSkiSale continues to balance scale with passion, volume with attention to detail, and efficiency with its greatest aspiration - To get brand new and mint condition ski gear into the hands of serious skiers who are excited to ski as much as they can.

But instead, I prefer to make clear that there are no employees here. I do it all.

I am one guy who moved to Utah to ski powder over a decade ago and found a way to live the dream through the implementation of balance. I am not interested in scaling my business, selling my business, or maximizing the volume of my business. I am simply interested in keeping it well balanced,and I believe the consequence of this is a unique experience... I specialize in low quantities, one of a kind high-end items, unmatched deals, and a lot of personal attention.

I hand pick every pair of skis that I sell. When I say this, I mean my hand touches every ski that comes down the pipe. If it has too many scratches, I hand it back. If it needs repair, I reject it. If anything looks less than stellar or questionable, I pass - so that my customers don't ever have to worry about it on their end. I turn so many skis away each year because I believe that when it comes to selling gently used gear, especially, that there are two fundamental prerequisites: Integrity and Foresight.

Without integrity, the whole fun of the thing falls away. It is integrity and good faith and a cooperative spirit that makes buying gear online both fun and confidence-inspiring.

And without foresight, efficiency and customer satisfaction suffers. I therefore operate in a way that is based on the sort of transparency that anticipates the absence of future issues. That way we both get to go ski more.

FREE FedEx Ground service is included on all orders to the Lower 48!

Alaska and Hawaii may include a small surcharge for larger items, but we will try to keep this fee as minimal as possible.

If you require expedited shipping, simply select the upgrade that works for you, or contact us directly for specific arrangements.

International shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These rates will be posted within individual listings for referencing.

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. Please use this link to get shipping status updates- It's the same info that we have, so getting the info directly is the best way to go.

RETURNS

Buyers are encouraged to do their homework & ask questions so that they purchase correctly the first time!

However, we do offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all items.

We will cover return shipping costs in cases involving a fulfillment error on our part.In all other cases, buyers are responsible for ALL shipping costs AND a 10% restocking fee, so be sure it's what you really want to do!

Buyers MUST follow these steps for ALL returns & exchanges:

1) Contact us directly before taking any other action! Let us know what is happening first!

2) Await our reply. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We will provide an RMA #, a label in cases of our error, and instructions on the proper Ebay steps to follow for the return to be processed correctly and successfully.

3) Please return items in the same condition received. If you use the item, your refund amount will decrease.
