Shipment of returned items will be done at buyers expense.
In the event of refund due to product failure, when stated in such a condition, full purchase price will be refunded to buyer within three business days following receipt & inspection of return. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing, insured for purchase value.
No Refund will be made for shipping costs.
Items Shipped to destinations outside the United States will have any and all warranties voided.
For items that may occasionally be received damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller immediately upon receipt. Original packaging must remain intact. Seller will initiate a damaged claim with the appropriate carrier, and determination of refund/replacement will be made by seller following carrier's inspection of the damaged package.
