This listing is for a very beautiful set of hand carved and hand painted Mahjong game tiles.

 This Mahjong travel set is in very good vintage condition with faint surface scratches and splinters consistent with age. The set is complete with 156 of the original tiles. The color is rich golden maize. Likely dates back to the late 1940's.

These are chunky tiles with scratches and nicks consistent with age. One blank tile shows a crack on its side. The original tan case has four tile holders. The interior of the case is excellent, the exterior is clean. The zipper works great.
