presume to be for 35mm transparency projector?
 

This may have some dirt/mould internally so could need dissasembling for cleaning to bring to full specification. However the exterior of the lenses do look okay with no scratches or cracks visible.  General wear to exterior.
External front element is approx. 30mm diameter, rear element is about 25mms. Length approx. 67mms. The barrel width about 40 mm.
