So, whether it’s Pale Ale, Real Ale, Belgian, Lager, Hefeweizen, lightly hopped or Estery & Spicy Wheat you’re after, then we’ve got some fantastically priced foil packed* yeast for your brew.

Every pack has enough viable yeast to brew up to 23L (5 Gallons) of your lovingly home brew with BEST BEFORE DATES OF Sept 2018!

*Packed in a sterile environment under lab conditions by a dedicated yeast manufacturer

Belgian Ale

Suitable for all things Belgian.  Spicy and phenolic, this yeast emulates the intensity and complexity of some great Belgian brews, good attenuation and alcohol tolerance allows you to brew a huge range of Belgian beers from Wit, Abbey, Tripel, Blonde, as well as dark ales.  This yeast ferments out clean & has a fantastic fruity aroma. It’s a fairly complex, spicy, estery and phenolic yeast that’s capable of handling higher alcohol brews. Your brew will ferment quite nicely between 18 to 28c, but it’s designed to ferment at room temp, or a little higher (up to 28c) to achieve a more intense brew.

California Common - Lager Yeast

If you like Californian Common, Steam Lager Beer then this top fermenting yeast gives you what you want at a competitive price, and a quick ferment to boot! With good flocculation and high attenuation it’s perfect for a clean lager beer with bite! Your brew will ferment quite nicely between 17 and 22c, but it’s designed to ferment at Ale temperatures (room temp). This yeast is excellent for producing anything from a hoppy pilsner to a Helles, allowing excellent malt and hop character to be expressed. Lager conditioning your brew will bring out the best in this American yeast

KÖLSCH (Cologne Lagered Ale) Yeast

Designed to work at room temperature this yeast is ideal for Colognes premier Lager Ale.  The well-priced 10g packet is enough to ferment up to 23L (5 gallons) of the malty goodness to an eye watering ABV of 9%. With high flocculation and attenuation it’s perfect for a clean lager beer with bite! This top fermenting yeast is excellent for producing anything from a hoppy pilsner to a Helles, allowing excellent malt and hop character to be expressed. Lager conditioning your brew will bring out the best in this German yeast

KristallWeizen – Wheat Beer

A top-fermenting wheat beer yeast which imparts banana and clove esters, balanced with spiced aromas. This yeast produces a silky mouth-feel and rich body. And as its name suggests, it ferments out clear!!! So whether you like it cloudy of clear this yeast is great in achieving that Hefe/Weissbier/Weizen feel. Your brew will ferment quite nicely between 18c to 28c, but it’s designed to ferment at room temp, or a tad higher to achieve a more intense brew

Real Ale Yeast

A great value all-purpose top fermenting beer yeast has good flocculation and attenuation, and it’s perfect for ale buffs who like depth to their English Ale. Your brew will ferment quite nicely at a convenient 18 to 25c (12c to 30c min/max tolerance) and the little yeasties will normally whizz through all that sugar in 7 days to finish your ferment. It’ll finish off nice and clear too with that good flocculation. This yeast strain has been carefully selected to aid mouth feel in the finished beer. Body should be full leaning towards a rich dark fruit character

US Pale Ale Yeast

If you like a clean, American style Pale Ale then this competitively priced yeast gives you what you want and a quick ferment to boot! With high flocculation and med-high attenuation it’s perfect for lightly hopped ales, IPA’s, and Double IPA’s with bite! Your brew will ferment quite nicely at 18 to 25c (12c to 30c min/max tolerance). It’ll finish it off nice and clear too with that high flocculation. A relatively neutral strain. Tangy citrus and pine hops aromas will be enhanced, as well as toasted and dark malt aromas
