We at AbbotsfordOtakus do our best to give perfection to our clients, but at times our trained monkeys slip their leashes and something goes horribly, horribly wrong. Please contact us with any issues before leaving feedback, and we will be more than happy to do anything to help (Except mailing you a trained monkey, Canada Post refuses to handle them any more. Go Figure.)

If you have concerns about shipping your item, we can ship with tracking for an extra cost.
