The pants are made of " BLACK " wrinkle resistant 100% Polyester Gabardine Fabric. The "Kick-Pleats" are made of "BLACK" Polyester "Satin" Fabric.
These pants are FULLY LINED with 100% Black Polyester lining fabric.

There are (2) front pockets and no back pockets.
There is no hem on these pants so you can have your local seamstress/tailor hem them to your correct length. They will fit all inseam lengths up to 36 inches.
They also have SEWN IN FRONT AND BACK SEAMS so they have that "always pressed" look.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Since these pants are 100% wrinkle resistant Polyester Gabardine, they may be "HAND" or "Machine Washed on delicate cycle and hung to dry or machine dried on low heat. If necessary they may be pressed to remove any wrinkles.
You may also "dry-clean" the pants if desired.

WAIST: (Your waist location is at the level where you normally wear your pants/trousers.) These pants have BELT LOOPS and the waistband will fit an approximately (31-33) inch Waist. If your waist measures larger than 33" please do not purchase these pants.
HIPS: If your hips measure approx. 38-39, these pants should fit fine.
INSEAM LENGTH: The pants have a 36 inch "un-hemmed" inseam so you can have your local tailor/seamstress hem them to your correct length.
