We
take every care that your item will reach you in perfect
condition but there is no doubt that on occasions
there will be problems. We want you to be completely
happy with the items you order from us so we will
endeavor to rectify any problems with the minimum
of fuss and hassle. We will replace or refund items
that arrive damaged, if we require the return of the
item we will collect or cover the cost of return postage.
Unwanted
items can be returned upto 30 Days after dispatch.
Excludes consumable items and clothing.
Due to fraudulent loss claims we will only offer to
replace lost items.
Please
do not open a 'not as described' case for items damaged
in trasit or missing. Please contact us first so we
can check and send replacements
