Dispatch and Shipping

All items are shipped as quickly as possible, if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you.

Please note, we do try to stock all items, but some are custom orders and may need to be ordered. If there will be a delay in dispatch you will be immediately informed.

Domestic Shipping

I aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. They are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Unless a standard non tracked delivery option is chosen. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.

International Shipping

We do shipping worldwide, all items are shipped via a tracked signed for delivery, International items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online.  Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.

 



Specialist Items

Some items are made to order or special orders; therefore dispatch times may vary (up to 28 days) but will be sent as soon as possible, if the item is needed in a hurry please contact us.

 

We offer a 100% no questions refund in accordance with Consumer Contract Regulation. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item.  This does not affect your statutorty rights. 

How to return an item

1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.

2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu on the right.

3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller.

The eBay returns process

1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return (your choice of Collect+ or post office locations).

2. Print the provided return postage label. Any postage charges are paid using PayPal.

3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.

4. Send the item back to the seller.


 Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
