Our preferred method of payment is via paypal. Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction ending.

Postage & Packing costs

We try to keep our postage and packing costs as low as possible. P&P covers the actual postage costs and the cost of our packaging materials. We do not profit from any P&P costs you pay and we would very much appreciate your 5 star feedback.

Delivery

Any items paid for by 12.00pm on Friday  will be posted on Monday. We send all items by 1st Class Royal Mail except when  the postage cost is free and  they are then sent second class. During busy periods we may take an extra day to dispatch your order.

International delivery

International items will be sent by Royal mail Signed for delivery service. It takes 10 - 12 working days for Europe and 14-21 days for all other countries.


Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. You can return any item (WITH YOUR EBAY ID INSIDE) for a refund or exchange within 14 days. The item must still have any tags attached and be in a clean,  unworn and resaleable condition.  We are unable to refund the postage costs you pay to return the item to us, unless the item is faulty.For size exchange you have to pay extra postage.
