All items are sold brand new as described and we ensure all sold items are packed securely for a safe shipment. WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM SHIPPING FEES, WE TRY TO FIND THE BEST SHIPPING METHOD SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN YOU SHOULD. All order are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Large/ heavy items ship with FedEx SmartPost which can take up to 8 days if you’re in the east coast. We are not responsible for any delay caused by USPS & FedEx due to holidays, weekends, weather or wrong address on file. When your package has been shipped an updated tracking number will be added to the order. We do not items to P.O. Boxes.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Items with free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted/ or actual shipping cost we paid deducted.
All Items are sold brand new. The buyer pays for the returned shipment. Items cannot be returned due to improper installation or puncture. If the product is defective or if your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipment, you should inform us as soon as possible. Please contact us via ebay email before returning the item. Items being returned due to "Buyer Changed Mind" must satisfy the following requirements for a refund to be given: Item MUST be sealed, unopened (unless item was originally unsealed as stated in the original item listing) We will not accept returns on items that have been installed.
