  • Excellent condition  - minor visible surface marks which may create a small amount of surface noise.
  • Near mint condition  - virtually no visible surface marks, perhaps some dust or a light fingerprint.
  • Mint - reserved for records that are sealed/never played
Record grading is very subjective no matter what kind of scale you use so my judgement may not be the same as you. I try to grade on the conservative side just to be safe and so far have sold hundreds of records to satisfied customers.
