Installs in 2-3 minutes on (many) major brands of window air conditioning units purchased separately, including LG, Danby, Haier, Samsung and GE. (Check your brand before purchasing on our website -- You *MUST* use StoreItCold sizing charts and recommended air conditioners brands or the CoolBot won't work.) CoolBots save customers up to 80% on upfront and installation costs compared to standard walk-in cooler compressors, and lower monthly electricity bills as well. CoolBots are perfect for hunters, farmers, and florists. CoolBots are recommended by many University extension programs. Do a quick Google Search to read articles about how many people use this system. * Read below to MAKE SURE it will work for you before purchasing, or call and ask * CoolBots have less than a 1% return rate, but they are *NOT* appropriate for all applications! *Rooms require 4" of rigid foam insulation, floors, walls and ceiling. Less insulation and the unit only cools into the 40's. See construction tips on our website. *Requires use of StoreItCold sizing and brand recommendations. Undersized/off brand air conditioners WILL NOT WORK! *CoolBot rooms get down to 43 degrees quickly, then slow down (because of minimal fins/fans in standard air conditioners). Uses involving more than 6 openings/hour (many restaurants) are TOO MUCH for CoolBots to keep up. Temps will be in the low 40's and not safe for food. Don't buy. Caterers/small cafe's love CoolBot. Large busy restaurants would NOT except as a secondary cooler.

PayPal is the only method of payment we accept. If you have an order cancellation request, we'll do our best to accommodate your request however we cannot guarantee that such a request will always be granted.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. Open software, music, games, movies, food items (human or pet, opened or closed), and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return. An RMA number is required for all returns. Message us for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.

Shipping

Economy shipping is free and is the only shipping speed/method we have available. Your order will be processed within 3 business days after your payment. Transit time varies from 1-10 business days. Regardless of shipping date, you will receive it near the eBay estimated delivery date, almost always. We do not accept emailed requests to change shipping addresses. We do not ship to AK, HI, PO boxes, or APO addresses. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to the confirmed Paypal address. Please note that manufactures update their packaging from time to time and that the packaging images shown in our auction may vary from what you ultimately receive however be assured you are receiving the identical contents you ordered regardless.

Sales Tax

We have warehouse processing centers across the country to ensure you receive your package efficiently and as quickly as possible. As a result, we are required to charge sales tax in multiple states across the USA. If your state is one that we charge sales tax in, you will see the sales tax charge at time of checkout before you submit payment.
